Terms of Service for Platonic Love

1. Introduction

Welcome to Platonic Love, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and Platonic Love ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Platonic Love application and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Platonic Love, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use Platonic Love.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Platonic Love.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Platonic Love allows you to generate images based on textual inputs using AI technology. You agree to use Platonic Love only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Platonic Love. 6. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the text inputs you use to generate images and any content you create, share, or display on or through Platonic Love.
You must not use Platonic Love to create, share, or display:
  • Illegal or unlawful content.
  • Infringing content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
  • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
Platonic Love reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these ToS.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The images generated by Platonic Love are derivative works created by AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images generated by Platonic Love for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. License Grant to Platonic Love

By using the Services, you grant to Platonic Love, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute text prompts you input into the services, or images produced by the service at your direction. The license granted to Platonic Love remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Platonic Love is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Platonic Love and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

Platonic Love reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new ToS on the service.

12. Termination
